Registration

In order to register your rattery or record your rats, or to consult the rattery map and some statistics, it is necessary to sign up. It’s simple, fast, and completely free.

Access the registration form

To register, all you need to do is follow this registration link). You can find it on the homepage (under the ‘Sign up’ button) or on the login form by clicking on the key in the top right corner of the site banner (link ‘Not registered?’ above the ‘Log in’ button).

Fill in the registration form

Follow the instructions by filling in the requested information:

• Choose your username. If it’s already taken, an error message will appear prompting you to choose another one.
• Provide your email address. It’s imperative that this address exists and that you can access it.
• Enter a password. We recommend choosing a password of at least 12 characters, including at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
• Answer the security question. This simple question is easy for you but tricky for robots! Hint. The answer is the same in French and in English!
• Tick the box to accept the terms of use. Links are provided for you to review the Legal Notice and the Code of Conduct of the site before committing.

Validate your choices by pressing the “Register” button. If any of them pose a problem (username or email already used by another member, incorrect answer), try again until the form is accepted.

Activate your account via email

Once the form is accepted, check your emails at the address provided earlier. You have 24 hours to confirm your registration by clicking on the activation link that was sent to you.

This link will take you back to LORD’s login form. A message there confirms your registration and prompts you to log in. Enter your email address (which serves as your identifier) and your password, then validate. Congratulations! You are now a member of LORD.

Complete your user profile

After your first login, you will be redirected to the welcome page of your Dashboard. You can explore it and start entering your information. We advise you to Complete your profile by adding, for example, an avatar, your birthday, or your location for more conviviality!

Warnings

Attention, if you haven’t activated your account within the 24-hour time frame, it will be destroyed. The activation link will no longer work, and you will need to start over.

Please, do not create multiple accounts, regardless of the reason. These will be merged into a single account, and sanctions may be taken in case of recurrence. If you encounter an issue, do not create a new account, please contact the volunteer team via the ‘Contact’ link in the footer or the SRFA support forum.

In accordance with the provisions of French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose the personal data concerning you. To exercise this right, you can directly edit your profile or contact the volunteer team.
