Adam est décédé suite au choc toxique dû à l’insuffisance rénale ; peu avant, il avait développé une tumeur maligne au niveau de la gorge, touchant les glandes salivaires et l’empêchant de se nourrir correctement. En janvier 2018, on lui a enlevé une tumeur mammaire bénigne. À part ça, sa santé était quasiment impeccable, excepté quelques soucis respiratoires qu’on arrivait à traiter facilement. C’était un rat au caractère calme et très posé.
