Autopsie: poumon droit normal mais poumon gauche en atélectasie complète. Rein gauche trois fois plus gros que le rein droit et inflammé. Congénital, mais très peu probablement génétique. Il est impossible de déterminer ce qui a lâché, on peut supposer que le rein a arrêté son processus de “filtration” des hormones, ce qui a causé une hypertension et un comportement de panique incontrôlable chez la rate qui a conduit à son décès.
